Father's Day, June 19th

My friend, Traci, came up with this fun idea for "papa" for Father's Day. What dad or grandpa wouldn't want a framed picture of their kids or grandkids saying, "hi", especially if they live far away.

 Variations for other occasions could be:
                                                                 Congratulations
                                                                  Love you
                                                                Happy Birthday
                                                                Merry Christmas
                                                                 Get Well Soon
                                                                     Miss You

My dad has 5 grandkids, so I bought him this fun card from All Around Whimsy.  It has the 5 things we love about grandpa.  Each grandkid filled out a numbered card that fits nicely in the pocket.

I almost lost my dad 2 1/2 years ago.  I cherish every day we have with him.  Regardless of what you give, or how you remember your dad, just be sure to cherish the time you have together.
