Mushroom Burgers - August is National Mushroom Month

These burgers are great.  They are nice and juicy and you can trick anyone.  They won't even realize the mushrooms are there.

Mushroom Burgers
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
⅛ cup onion, chopped
4 whole wheat hamburger buns (I used white buns this time)

Mix all ingredients together and shape into 4 patties.  Cook on a grill or on a non stick skillet.  Serve on hamburger buns.

Makes 4 servings.
